Waited 25 minutes on hold where I spoke to the receptionist on three separate occasions as I was put on hold multiple times. Each time she asked what she could help with, when I replied she put me on hold again. I understand that booking in an appointment takes time and information is needed but by the time I had completed booking the appointment I had been on the phone for almost 35 minutes. The centre either needs to hire more reception staff to cater for the number of calls and enquiries coming in or there needs to be a system put in place which is more functional for patients. Phone manner was not professional. I was asked to list medical history and when doing so I was questioned about what certain conditions were in detail.(this was a booking for my mother and i was asked about certain medical terms that I obviously would not know) I am not a doctor and so therefore I may not have the ability to answer a medical question in crude detail. The reception staff need to have some knowledge and educate themselves in these types of areas in order to help with patients.

I am writing this at home after a gastroscopy at this facility. I was told to arrive at 10.30am for my 11am appointment. The service was quick, professional and pleasant. I completed the forms upon arrival, met the specialist who was performing the procedure, got changed, met the anaesthetist (he was fabulous with a reassuring manner). Whilst in the theatre I was looked after extremely well. I was told the procedure would take 10 mins. When I awoke I felt fine and was in the recovery room just after 12 noon. I was given a light lunch, met the specialist who provided an update then discharged when my partner arrived just after 1pm. Everyone was very caring and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The procedure was carried out efficiently and to time. There was a very helpful male nurse. However, this clinic does not appear to be disability friendly. Firstly, the wheelchair park is small and in an awkward position, where unpruned plants obstruct passage around the car and up the ramp. There does not appear to be a disabled toilet with no support rails in place. Finally, after telling my mother she could come in a wheelchair, medical staff were extremely difficult and patronising about her needing to be able to walk between rooms and into and out of bed. If she could walk, she wouldn't need a wheelchair! However, she can get into and out of a wheelchair, and onto a bed, with minimal assistance. Her blood pressure unsurprisingly tested high after a lengthy and unnecessary discussion" about this prior to the procedure

First call I had after having a procedure The nurse was a blessing, very helpful, very understanding. The second call the nurse was so rude and left me feeling very confused. Today I called and I got the first nurse. She remembered my call and I explained my second call to her. She apologised, and once again was extremely helpful and understanding. I ask her name and it was Marleen. Thankyou and what an asset to the her company and health care system.

I have just had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy today and in my life I've been unfortunate to have to go through many procedures in many different hospitals and clinics but not one has come close to the sheer level of professionalism, care, kindness, humanism, common sense, courtesy, reliability and competence of this clinic - from the front-end receptionists all the way to the nurses and specialist doctors. Words can't possibly express the gratitude I feel for being looked after in the way I was. I just could not have asked for better. Comfort, dignity and an incredible amount of empathy & constant assurance. I was made well aware of everything at every stage. Thankyou especially to the specialist doctor and anaesthetist. You know who you are. If every human goes about their day and job with a slither of your grace, compassion and competence, the world would be a very different, better place. My entire family goes here and their experiences have equally been as positive. Incredibly positively memorable instead of - what normally is - purely dreaded. From the bottom of my heart (pardon the cheeky" double pun here and there)

The worst public relations service I've come across in my entire life. Sarah tried her best to make everything impossible and difficult. I gave up and walked out on her. Thanks for nothing. Terrible would be describing it mildly.
