We have had a wonderful experience using Dawson and Dawson, they looked after us from start to finish, were always happy to answer any question (no matter how silly I thought it was!) even with selling a deceased estate which can be a bit more complicated. Charlotte was very caring and compassionate through this process and made it a lot easier to deal with. We have no problem recommending them to anyone!

Mac was a pleasure to deal with and his relaxed approach really suited us. We never felt rushed to make decisions during the purchase and with this being our first home we were pretty inexperienced with the whole process. Mac was very patient with us and always a text or call away to answer any questions we had and point us in the right direction.He didn't try to sugarcoat the house and even suggested some improvements that we were already thinking about making (pool and shed addition).All in all a fantastic experience, cheers Mac.

Unhappy with the management of our property. Let our tenants fall 10 weeks behind in rent and trash our house. Tenants were only evicted at our request(had to be requested a couple of times). Also agent wouldn't take tenants to court. Was told they would be listed on TICA , then agent changed her mind and told she is not paying the fees for TICA. This was our first experience as landlords and by far our worse.

Dawson were very professional and did a great job when we sold our house in the upper hunter. They offer personalised down to earth service and I would definitely sell or buy with them again. Mac, Jen and charlotte know there stuff when it comes to real estate in the area 100%

I’m currently renting a property through Dawson estate agents and I have to say after renting with numerous other company’s I can honestly say Dawson’s are miles above the rest in customer service, friendliness, honesty and fair play. There the first I have ever been treated correctly when it comes to the rights of the tenants as well as the owners. Great service and great people to rent from.
