Customer service is clearly not a priority in this store. I have never been spoken to so disgustingly by anyone as much as I have at this store by the old woman who works there.I do not expect to walk in and be interrogated, bullied and made to feel like i want to leave and cry my eyes out by a shop assistant.If store policy is that i can't have an item, politely tell me its trade only, and offer me alternative stores, don't belittle me, and treat me appallingly.I wouldn't step foot in this place again, and I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to either.Find a politer and more helpful supply store- im sure anywhere would be better! Steer clear.
