Went to get my indicator fixed. It was nice quick.

I was almost the girl crying on the side of the highway this week when my intercooler hose clamp came off and I couldn't get it back on. I managed to limp the car to mycar at Redbank plains and the guys there were so helpful. (I actually did try another mechanic on the way, hetold me he didn't have time to help).But the guys at mycar had no problem coming out and fixing the clamp straight away.... Even though it was a difficult to get to pay. If you want good service go here

My car won’t start for some reason (not battery related) and these guys promptly checked it out for me. They’ve made sure that the car is safe to drive (despite not finding anything wrong with it) and has advised to monitor it and if something comes up again, to let them know straight away so that they can help. I appreciate you guys looking into my car in such short notice.

I can't speak highly enough of the quality of work the dedicated team at MyCar Redbank Plains provide. They're upfront with cost estimates and the time required to complete the work, and in my experience, stick to it unless something unforeseen arises, but even then they will always have a conversation with you before proceeding with the work. Great people, great service...

I needed to get a full set of new tyres ASAP and the ones I wanted were out of stock. Not only did the guys find me a replacement, they gave me a great deal and were able to source and fit them the next morning. 10/10 would recommend, I will be back in the future. Big shout out to the guys down at the shop for being so helpful.

Amazing customer service!I called up Mycar Tyre & Auto Service at Redbank Plains Towns Square this morning and asked if they could replace 3 tyre valves on my trailer tyres. They said no problem just bring them in . I arrived 30mins later. They said well do them now for you. 10 minutes later the job was done and then when I asked how much, they said there's no charge!So refreshing to experience genuine customer service.Thankyou Mycar Redbank Plains.!

I took my car in for a service and told them there is an oil leak. They told me the oil leak was a valve leak and quoted me for that but also told me it needs a degrease to diagnose what they already told me the issue was.I arranged for the leak to be repaired, I picked the car up, took it home and parked it in the driveway, two hours later I got in the car and when I pulled out of the driveway, I noticed the leak wasn’t repaired.I took it in this morning to be told the leak is still there and they don’t know what it is, the mechanic who originally worked on my car told me he wrote down three suspected problems, I was only told it was one problem and paid almost $600 for that problem to be fixed only to find that wasn’t the issue. Another mechanic tried to tell me and I quote ‘there is a whole lot of oil stuff happening on that side of the car that makes it hard to diagnose - not a professional way to explain what’s going on. When I explained how frustrated I was and asked him if he was in my position how would he feel, he agreed and then told me he isn’t going to argue and to bring the car back during the week.I am extremely disappointed and not in a financial position to keep repairing things while they guess what the issue is.

Highly recommend My Car. Obtained a second hand car and wanted it checked to see if the rough idle was of any concern. Was able to book in promptly, they took a look at my car in the morning and confirmed that it was of no mechanical concern and so did not need anything done and they didn’t even charge me for their time. Was all done in less than a couple of hours. I am incredibly grateful and will absolutely take my car back to be serviced next month when it is due. Thanks guys!
