Absolutely delighted with the first rate service provided by Todd at The Running Company. I needed a new pair of running shoes. He did a gait analysis for me, asked me pertinent questions, made recommendations based on the video and made the process of choosing easy and pleasant. A pleasure to deal with and thank you for good old fashioned great service. Go there!

Very impressive service- Riley was knowledgeable and attentive. I couldn't be happier with the fit of my new runners. He explained the significance of the differing features, and by the time I left I was 100% confident that my new shoes were the most appropriate for me and my particular goals. Super helpful, visiting the store for assessment and fitting was invaluable and appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend.

If you're after new runners, this is the place to get them. Todd and the team are incredibly friendly and professional. The level of knowledge and expertise they have was instantly recognisable while getting their gait analysis service. Learning what shoe I need and what running style I am was incredible insightful and super useful as someone getting in to running for the first time. The range is fantastic, made up of the best reviewed running shoes out there. There is not another store that even comes close to this level of service. Such a fantastic store! The staff are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable! Riley fitted a pair of shoes for me today. He was very particular about finding the exact ones that I needed for my lifestyle and type of feet! I will be coming back here every time I need a new pair of runners. So happy with the experience!

Great to get in and chat with Todd from The Runnning Company today. Awesome shoe range, knowledgeable when it came to shoe brands and purpose, also loved having access to the treadmills and the gait analysis tech. Would recommend highly if in the market for a new pair of wheels.

Great to find a shop where the staff really know what they’re talking about. They filmed me running on the treadmill to analyse my gait (and confirmed what I was told by another shop about 20 years ago), suggested a few pairs of shoes from different brands that should suit my running style and mileage then got me to run up and down the street in them to compare the fit and feel of them. Ended up with a pair of shoes that I would never have picked myself (very boring looking Brooks Ghosts) because they were the best fit for my feet. I was fully expecting to pay a bit over the odds for the level of service but was surprised to find that I paid the same as I would have in Foot Locker or Athletes Foot. Would definitely go back.

Absolute fantastic service! Got some brooks ghosts about a month ago and am loving them! Love how they set you up on a treadmill and film your run analyzing which shoe is best. Would’ve never picked the shoes if I was shopping by myself but am glad I got these. Feel much more comfortable on long runs now without any pain. Didn’t realise I was wearing the complete wrong shoe for my type of foot and makes sense why I had pain before now.

Such amazing customer service. Todd listened attentively to my situation and took his time to find the right shoe for me. It was so refreshing to have such a positive experience. The pain levels in my feet have already reduced and I couldn’t be happier!

I am unable to find any unique words to extol the quality of service offered here that hasn’t already been used by the plethora of previous glowing reviews. Riley and Todd are both very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. The time and personal service they provided ensured I left with the best shoes for me. Thank you. The range of shoes is also very good. Amazing customer service. Todd (I’m so sorry if I’ve got the name wrong) was extremely knowledgeable and guided me to find the perfect pair of training shoes for my feet. I can’t wait to return to buy my race days shoes in a few months.
