The Kayak I bought from Bay Sports arrived safely but unfortunately with a lose metal plate on the crank case, that required a very unusual tool to tighten. I didn't have this device. Bay Sports sent me in the mail the device from China, to tighten the plate. This was very important. I was grateful for this. Thank you. Nick

No good, booked in September, didn't arrive until late Jan after paying for my own courier. Impossible to reach anyone, and hide behind the excuse of COVID. Very responsive when talking before the sale, but once the money has moved, no help. Also refuse to refund. Look to other competitors such as Bote.

Have had a very poor experience with Bay Sports. Waited 3 month for my order of a kayak, informed each month it was on its way at a given date. It never showed up and was always told someone ordered before me and I had to wait another month. After the 3rd. month being given same story and told to wait another month I asked for a refund. They only get 1 star because they refunded promptly. Awful service, communication and lies. will never deal with them again. PS. I'm not blaming the Perth branch they tried to help its my dealings with the NSW office where the problems were.

I got in touch with Bay Sports to organise to get a new part sent to Tasmania for my kayak. I dealt with their customer service Kristine and it was up there with some of the best customer service I have ever received. She got back to all my emails very quickly and made the whole process very easy. I love their kayaks and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for something in this department.
