Terrible experience - had my watch pressure tested (which it passed) and water got in the next day. Took the watch back, to which they told me it was my fault and the watch was rusted before it was tested (even though nothing showed up when they tested it!). They refused to fix it despite the warranty having it pressure tested comes with. They scratched the back of my watch when removing the battery, and said it was not an issue (and refused to fix it!) because I can take it somewhere to be buffed out despite my concerns.This was not a cheap watch and fair trading have been contacted, and are looking into this.

They weren't professional.I've recently received a high end, expensive watch that needed a battery change. I gave my watch to the man and told him it was new and perhaps needed a battery change, he didn't listen to me carefully and nodded me off ignorantly.The man that was fixing it, fixed it very quick. However, he handled it very roughly with the branded watch and scratched it, also he charged me $20 for a battery change. I'm unsure whether that was considered overpriced because this is my very first time owning a watch. Also I have to mention that I am in fact, under 20 years old but this is no excuse for the unprofessionalism. But I must emphasise he did scratch my brand new watch, so I would definitely NOT recommend this store to anyone of my friends or family.
