Thankyou so much to Sam for your amazing service and patience! So excited to go for my first run in my new shoes!!! Really felt all my needs were taken into consideration and never felt rushed through the whole process. I’m so glad I waited to come here to be fitted, definitely worth the visit.

I had a fitting with Renee and the service was absolutely fantastic. After speaking about my running, what I was currently wearing and what I liked and didn't like about them, Renee put me on the treadmill and did some gait analysis.Further measurements revealed the shoe I had bought elsewhere was a size too small and the suggestions Renee made felt much better and ticked all the boxes I was after. Thank you for your expertise!

I was lucky to be recommended by my podiatrist who is also a runner does not matter what level you run at this company is nothing short of fantastic. Very professional service you will not be disappointed. I am now a life long customer and have been for many years now already. I will never buy runners anywhere else.

I visited The Running Company - Yaraville store for the first time and I am pretty happy with the advice/guidance provided tome in selecting the correct running shoe. Though I have already Visited TRC - Albertpark store and the customer service was excellent. The reason for visiting the TRC store is because they give best suggestion on which shoe would be good for me, additionally they are just not like any other store, where people will only try to sell what they want. I am glad that I visited the store and got what I was looking for. Hopefully, will be visiting the store soon to get a new pair. Great job guys!!

Kickass place to get shoes fitted and fitted properly. Spent half an hour going over shoe styles and what would work best for my feet from just a walk in. No booking required. Individual I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable and that's something you just can't get from other stores. Safe to say the foot pain I used to have when running is long gone.

Honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Amazing service and knowledge sharing from Renee & the team at TRC Yarraville. I can not recommend this place any higher if you’re looking to get yourself properly fitted and lift your running game. Do yourself a favour…!! 10/10 would recommend (and have done, I’m telling anyone who will listen just how amazing my experience was!)

This place is a revelation. They do proper, proper fittings of shoes. They ask about your feet, what you need the shoes for, past shoes you've liked, they measure your feet, get you to walk on a treadmill whilst filming your gait, suggest some shoes based on all of these factors, and talk you through what you should be looking for when trying them on. Just great. I will never go anywhere else for runners again.

Fantastic experience instore Renee was very knowledgeable and professional in catering exactly what was needed. I travelled all the way from sunbury due to a recommendation from my neighbour and was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Will be shopping here for my shoes from now on.
