Kings Beach - Beachfront Salt Water Pool

This public pool is one of the best I have seen on beaches. It has a safety fence for younger children. The depths is between 10cmm to 1.5 m. Suitable for all ages. There are benches and umbrellas for convenience. And beautiful views! Loved the place!

Beautiful beach front! ⛱Loads of family focused amenities. Free ocean pool, plenty of parking however when busy can be hard to find a park, cafes and restaurants dot the esplanade and locals are friendly.A must do kinda place!

Beautiful spot to put a pool! It's so relaxing, just hard to find a spot to sit when it's busy because there's not that many to choose from. So I recommend to have a swim then go find a spot on the beach! No lifesaves unless it's peak time in summer. Defs worth a visit!

Great sea views but unfortunately the ocean pool was closed for maintenance. Finding a parking spot is not that easy even on Tuesday afternoon. There’s an interactive water fountain playground at the entrance of the beach. Even the little kids can enjoy some fun time playing with the water.Although there were lots of people on the beach, it’s still quite spacious. My kids love playing with waves.A lovely place to enjoy playing in the ocean and relax sunbathing.

Fabulous free super neat and clean salt water pool. There are covered gathering places for a group of people and plenty of seating. Wonderful views of the beach, Ocean, and local rock platform.

For a free public pool this one is great for young kids!I actually didn't know that it was salt water so that was a nice surprise.Our 2 year old daughter is not a confident swimmer so having the ramp and the ledge seat surrounding it was great for her to jump off into our arms.It's not too deep either which is great for teaching how to swim.It was busy on a Sunday but as the water was super choppy it was a welcome relief from the waves.Not a whole lot of shade there as the umbrellas get taken so quickly. We found a seat on the stairs and put a towel around us to have some morning tea.The water feature was a great treat for our toddler to run in and out of safely.There are surrounding cafes and we got some fish and chips and sat under a tree on the grass watching the ibis population.A great family area, glad we visited.

Lovely spot, great for all ages... Beach is clean and not too small, saw plenty swimming about or relaxing on the sand.. playing by the rock pools and or enjoying a beverage from the waterfront restaurant and bar overlooking the water.. the beach itself is situated well surrounded by dining and a play park and we enjoyed our time there in the afternoon.

A perfect pool with ramp access and stunning scenery. Great to see young children, older people all enjoying the ocean pool together.
