Tapiwa is all you need from a pool safety inspector. Hassle free booking, good price, showing up on time, straight forward inspection, you name it. I had a couple loose plank on the fence. He pulled a nail gun from his tools belt and fix it straight away. Then I got my certificate in the night. What can you expect more?

I do not recommend Mypsi or Tapiwa the owner. He will make your life hell as part of the certification process. He cost me thousands in unnecessary repairs.

If you need a Safety Certificate for your pool fence, Tapiwa is your man! :)I was selling so needed that cert. I contacted 4 different companies that I found online, left polite msgs/emails (whichever their websites requested), and...(drumroll).... not a single one even bothered to respond! I suspect they didn't like the fact that I live at Mt Crosby, over on the Ipswich side of Brisbane. Yet they all advertise that they service both Brisbane & Ipswich, so what's the problem?!? So rude!!! I tried again, contacting a further 3 companies (incl. My Pool Safety Inspector in Brisbane). Similar experience with the other 2 - they completely ignored me.Tap, on the other hand, got straight back to me & we booked the appt. :)Great bloke - friendly, thorough, reliable,... In short, a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this business!

Needed a safety certificate for my pool, spoke with Tapiwa on the phone which was very professional and came to see the pool on the same day.Next day Tapiwa fixed couple of minor things around the pool and issued the certificate.Very good experience and would recommend this company.Tapiwa is the best!!

Tap is a true gentleman, he is friendly and actually listens.He was super fast responding to my call and booked me in the next day. He arrived on time and completed my job quickly.I would highly recommend Tap to anyone looking for a professional that knows what they are doing.

Tapi applies the rules incorrectly. For example, he measures his 'squeeze test' from the outside of a fence rung to the next rung, whereas the QBCC MP3.4 document clearly states to measure the gap itself. He could not be convinced even after being shown the relevant documents. He suggested I replace the entire fence even though these fences are purpose-manufactured as pool barrier fences. I was lucky to have been able to repair everything to his standards, which were frankly beyond the regulatory standards. I've had to spend thousands to satisfy his requirements, despite getting certification for the past 6 years by another PSI.Tapi also felt the need to call the council to come and inspect. The council inspector then picked out some other things that are not relevant to the pool certification, and it was just an absolute nightmare for me and my wife to deal with.I recommend property managers and landlords to find an alternative PSI

Tapiwa came out to do our pool safety inspection as we are in the process of selling our home. He was able to fit us in quickly and tested our gates and checked our fences to make sure we were compliant. Will definitely recommend his services to anyone needing an inspection.
