Laura is amazing! Our settlement got messy at the end when the seller didn't put in the necessary paperwork with their bank (and their settlement agent didn't pick it up, Laura did!). I called Laura in tears, not knowing what we would do if settlement was delayed because we had to be out of our rental, and she was straight on the phone with their settlement agent, the real estate agent and even offered to call my property manager to explain the situation. She negotiated early possession for us so we could still move in on time and even managed to get settlement through only a day late! Laura is a magician and absolutely the person you want on your side! Couldn't recommend her more!
