Had twice not turned up to do repairs, never called to let me know they weren't coming, had us wait all day, no explanation and no call.Would rate the quality of the work ifany had been done.

Easy booking and invoicing through main office. Electrician who attended was friendly, professional and very tidy :)And I was pleasantly surprised at the bill, which was very reasonable.Highly recommended.

This company also does plumbing which I rang first as my hot water system was not heating. I rang two other companies first and they just quoted me for a new system ($1400). I spoke to Kelly in plumbing and she arranged with Trish (electrical) to have an electricion visit. My problem, I had just had a new air con installed and the switch to my hot water had been turned off. I would highly recommend this company, the staff were so very helpful and saved me a lot of money. Thanks girls.

Bad customer service. Came to check smoke alarms. Turned off power in the middle of a work call. Didn't have the common courtesy to tell me they had to check safety switch. Not impressed. Would not hire this company

I had an urgent need for smoke alarm installation and the entire team at Capital Electrical were so amazing to deal with. They were referred to me and I can see why! They are so professional and prompt, obviously they have great systems and processes to ensure top quality customer service. Thank you!!!

2021- Reception is useless! No communication between staff. Ask for no one to attend after 2pm as i work graveyard shifts and electrician showed up at 4:50pm!!!! USELESS2022 - Edit : Yet another disgusting experience with this “company”Steve needs to learn how to actually be a manager and LISTEN to what clients are trying to say instead of talking over them being completely arrogant.If you have a booked slot and they can’t make it, they won’t even bother with a courtesy call/message.Then they’ll call your landlord complaining in hopes to have you evicted.

Two experiences with Capital Electrical. First was genuine and timely and the second was a waste of my time. Not looking to go into details but wouldn't recommend.Not only did I find a sparky that could do the job on the day, but he had that valuable thing that is sadly being lost these days: good customer service.

We had capital out to service our smoke alarms for the part 4 years, 3 out 4 years I have been home for the service and not once were the alarms manually tested (sounded) someone just walked around and looked at them. We recently had a service on our smoke alarms and 3 weeks later at 11pm at night our alarms went off, we called them out and they changed the battery yet 3 weren’t sounding. The electrician at the time told us to call our RE Monday morning. Capital came back out Monday afternoon. No phone call to tell us they were coming and when they arrived it wasn’t comfortable at all very abrupt and rude. They actually tested the alarms and everything seemed fine when I asked why would they haven’t not gone off on Friday I was told well they are working now with a rude tone. Worst service. Little do they know I work for an electrical company myself and know what a compliance and service requires and the whole 4 years this wasn’t carried out correctly. They offer a service yet don’t actually do the work and owners have to pay for a service they aren’t carrying out. Unfortunately for us we have no choice but to continue to have capital as our electricians as that’s who our RE use. I don’t recommend this business at all.

Be ready to sit at your door between the hours of 9-5 for their visit.You better not be on the toilet or in the shower. Zero communication, a simple Hey I'll be there in 10 minutes" would be life changing. Waiting 3 weeks for this 9-5 visit and now have to resechedule. Will be waiting at the door eagerly for another 'missed' visit."
