After camping for 5 days a nice meal would be great to just set the week perfectly. Unfortunately it was worse then “(fifo)camp food”I did only have the bistro food full disclosure.

Staff are amazing...very friendly and helpful...OK the food isn't the best but you're on a remote island. Free billiards in the bar which is great.

Great service, we were fit in without a booking. Food came out fast and was good. Staff were very helpful. Will come back.

Absolutely shocking customer service & overpriced, revolting frozen packaged food heated up. This restaurant shouldn’t even be called a restaurant, it is so terrible.12/10 do not recommend. It does not even deserve 1 star.

Was turned off by the reviews on Google but was surprised. The food was great, service was great and pricing wasn't as crazy as we expected for a remote island

Would of liked to give a review of our dining experience here but didn’t get to eat here. One of my travel companions booked a table (took at least 3 times to get through) on Tuesday for that Saturday night. We arrived and were told they had no booking for us. They said they could try to accommodate us but were then quickly told they couldn’t if we weren’t hotel guests. The attitude was very dismissive. Our group of 6 adults and 5 children went back to our house and ate there. I guess that’s $400+ they didn’t want from us. I understand businesses are understaffed right now, but please remember your business is nothing without customers and try to act at least mildly sympathetic.

Absolutely fantastic. The battered chicken & chips with tartare sauce was one of the best I’ve ever had. The slice of lemon was really refreshing and helped release the flavours of this fresh pacific bird. Caught only an hour before (pictures included). I think ours must have been the flying bird without any wings because it tasted so special. The only downfall was I wish there was more to go around and share with everyone *chefs kiss*

Made a booking two days prior, arrived and no booking. Slow service, food was over priced and our steak was uneatable. Staff were friendly, nice and apologetic.

Turned up and told we were a “low priority”, rude staff, 10 customers in the restaurant. Felt like we were not welcome at all. Food overpriced. Bar staff shocked when we told them our experience. Planned to have a number of drinks, 7 of us!! Will not be coming back during our stay, do not recommend as a place to enjoy a meal. Harley was a host, needs some training in customer service.
