The Retic Gurus

I called them out, the repairman cancelled on me twice, third time lucky. I needed to replace a couple of solenoids a few popups. I had done some of the work myself by locating, digging up and isolating the solenoids. The job is done but I still have damaged popups which I will need to replace myself. So much for a system test and flush. Way too expensive and the bill arrived the day after it was due. I will me looking elsewhere next time

We had a damaged pipe under our carpark. The technician was careful to minimise the damage to the carpark surface and located and repaired the leak all under 1.5 hours on a hot day in the full sun. I was impressed. This is an independent review.

Called them out to fix my retic and their service was very prompt, a good start. Their repair guy pulled out a whole lot of bushes to access the solenoids and didn't put them back. In fact they were left out on the lawn in the sun all day and subsequently died. At the conclusion of the work they demanded payment immediately, no issues there other $200 of dead plants so I paid it. The system never ran properly (1 zone permanently on whilst the other ones cycled through) so I asked them to come back and finish the job. After about 5 phone calls and two weeks the same guy came back, accused me of messing with the retic system, had a fiddle with it and left, but never fixed it. Over the next 3 months I called and called and called to try and get them to come back and finish the job but to no avail. In the end I gave up and called real retic contractor.

Lovely people, provided prompt solutions to the issues I have been experiencing. They were very helpful, and would recommend them.

We had them come out to install a new irrigation controller for us and we were really impressed with the service and advice. Website is great in detailing the options available and pricing. All the guys and girls I spoke to were friendly and very professional, and the job was done within Short notice. Will definitely be using your services again when I need more work done or more help!

Knowledgeable, but way too expensive!

Very happy with the service received, my garden has never looked so green. All staff were professional and knew what they were doing. Great job guys
