All staff were really friendly and professional, non judgemental, and made great suggestions to support ongoing care for my teeth. The dentist and dentist assistant checked regularly how I was feeling ensuring I had no pain and considered my concerns and questions genuinely. Thank you ladies!

My mortal fear of dentists has been lessened because the AMAZING care and expertise I have been shown and given by the staff. I honestly recommend them as a place to have your dentals needs meet. Even for kids!

The staff here were friendly and professional. Both dentists and the administration. Prices were fairly reasonable and parking was available on site. Couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend it.

Dr Vanoosheh is so kind and friendly and very understanding with patients who have dental anxiety. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to put nervous patients at ease. Location is very convenient and onsite parking makes it easy to get to. All in all, they are a great team of professionals offering their services for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Due to ASD and sensory issues I am unwillingly the most difficult, non-compliant and terrified patient when it comes to anything dental. Previously in other practices I have been treated with a 'get over it' attitude by dentists which turned me off all together and resulted in a deterioration of my teeth over 15 years. The dentist and assistants in this practice are unlike anywhere else I have been; they were compassionate, understanding, thorough, accommodating (the assistant even went as far as offering her personal spotify to try and help distract me) and then when I wasn't able to to follow through with the services they were comforting, they offered to look into other options and referrals for me; underbilled me and just absolutely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and like a human despite my difficult behaviour as a 27 year old adult women. 10/10 recommend this practice and the dental assistants/receptionists. If you have children that need a gentler touch or yourself as an adult; I strongly recommend this place compared to anywhere else I've been

Dr Vanousheh at Grand Plaza Dentist was very caring and thorough with my regular teeth cleaning. I am normally slightly nervous when going to a dentist, but was quickly reassured by the calming and understanding staff.
