I have just been to your outlet at Beenleigh and was pleasently suprised served by 2 smiling and efficient young ladies, neartly dressed , I just had to congratulate your organisation, as your staff are obviously happy in the service and it was so good to see in these days of doom and gloom in hospitality. I am of mature age and appreciate such service, which is badly lacking these days!! Keep up the good work, it will increase your business.!!

The lady was talking on the phone while serving us, no customer service at all. Our shakes wasnt even mixed at all just threw it in the cup and gave it to us

The worst Donut King in Brisbane.Closed atleast half an hour before the stated closing time on several occasions.Often dont make cinnamon dohnuts with no excuse provided.Dont answer the phone to see if they are open so i don't waste my time driving down to check as they are very unreliable with closing times.Girl serving was short and rude, her hygiene was apauling as she served another customer while I was waiting she was not wearing gloves and repeatedly scratcher her Private Parts front and back.I left immediately.Will be going to the Hyperdome Store instead.0/10 absolutely disgusting.

Girls were very unorganised. One had AirPods in, I don’t mind people having headphones in at work but she was loud (probably because she had music playing) and kept mishearing us. Ordered 12 doughnuts, waited ages for them. Then got given 8, waited again, turns out she thought the order was 6, so we had to ask for the remaining 4...

My golly, i went in today and got 2 shakes and 12 donuts, with the specific instuctions for a 'metric d*ck tonne' of cinnamon sugar & 2 extra thick thickshakes... Boy boy did the girls down there pull through...They were the BEST donuts i have had in so very long... I refuse to eat any other donuts and your stores are all far away for me, so when i was in the area, i needed my fix...So thankyou to the girls who made the best thickshakes and donuts for us today, they were epic!!P.s the paper straws suck!! Need to get some engraved DK reusable straws to purchase!!

Coffee shake was not drinkable milk was only just cool not cold .cinnamon donuts only had a heap of some sort of white sugar . Should not be a donut King store.And the larger lady rude .

Closing at 5:30pm but refused to cook some fresh cinnamon donuts at 4pm.They had none cooked either.I bought something else to eat and sit down to see the girl just standing there on her phone.

Normally I love this little store. Great service staff are lovely some have served me there for years. New staff today friendly and working. However at 2.15 I tried to order a toasted sandwich and was told that they had cleaned all the grills so I could only order a coffee. I did order a coffee which I received and it was luke warm. I wasn't offered donuts so I never bought any and then I walked over to the carvery and ordered a toastie from there. They were happy to take my money. How early do you need to clean a grill? Dissapointing.

I accidentally left my smokes on the front counter this afternoon at 3:34pm and I didn't realise till I got out the door towards the car park so I walked back in there to see if I had left them there and the black hair girl who is young said no I didn't leave them there while she was trying to hide them so I didn't see them I then said that's funny cause you're trying to hide a pack of smokes behind you.
