Fast efficient and friendly!

His 2 week lead time turned into 3 weeks without a phone call. He had 13 screens to fit, but only came with 12. 1 was so tight it damaged the window frame, another just didn't fit. He put in some angles to flash around the edges, but didn't fix them in place. He told me he'd be back in 2 weeks with the final frame, again, 3 weeks later he returned. The gap around the flashings allows ants to come and go as they please, and one of the gaps is so big I can almost fit my finger into the hole, but since he didn't fix them into place, a mouse could just push them out of the way. Told me he'd be back to replace the angle in question and fix off the remaining angles, that was months ago. Nice bloke, but terrible customer service.
