Portable toilets at the moment. Pretty disgusting. Doesn’t seem to be many staff on at McDonalds. Burger’s didn’t have much love with putting together. Lettuce everywhere. Tables were filthy. Coffee was good.

The place is filthy. Absolutely disgusting and no toilet paper, only some paper on-top that someone has left. Had to call my partner in.Ordered a drink and no one there knew how to make it. Received a chocolate milk instead of a frappe, so disappointed and they wouldn't fix it. Chips were cold and lacking, my burger did not have any onions or pickles either. No drive-thru on this side of the highway.

A great stop to break the Melb to Cantberra or Sydney trip.For EV users, several new chargers are in the car park.Plenty of parking.Fuel for people and vehicles.Wheelchair friendlyOh... the hot choc is just perfect.

It's a McDonald's, same adequate-but-only-just menu items as they've been these last 40 years. That said, the fare has shrunk, the counters that used to employ local kids have given way to broken-down diy touch-screen terminals, the service has slowed, and the toilets aren't as clean as they used to be. Someone remind me why we think paying 8 bucks for a quarter pounder i could make myself a better version of from scratch for under a buck is a good idea.

Talk about slow service and cold food. One girl running around barking instructions to customers when she would have been more helpful to the back of house crew to get orders out quicker.

The state of this store is disgusting and it took 34 minutes standing in line and waiting for order to be served. Have rang the health department with more photos like this one as the shop should be shut down

Terrible service they misplaced orders and no apologies on such huge mistakes after keeping people on long wait. Toilet are very dirtyBP service station , which is next to this is neat, clean and has good service. This is a much better alternative especially for families with young kids.

Very helpful young man served two indecisive seniors at 1538 hours on 19 March. Toilets are now much improved. Long wait for food due to the number of customers (20 minutes wait).

Stopped here on the way to Thredbo, not a bad place to stop. Was crazy busy when we stopped here, 2 burgers took 45 min to served from order. We wasted almost an hour just waiting for food. Place is nice with out door area and kids play area. BBQ looks like not working, did not try it. Food was not bad for McDonald's. Thought of a quick stop but ended up with an hours wait. ...
