Due to this store being utterly useless, I had to contact a supplier to get up to date information on a warranty over 2 weeks old.Most stores do a straight exchange, but not this store.It was then that I found out that the owner had been lying for 2 weeks, and hasn't even sent the warranty through.Store contacts had the audacity to lie and say they were still waiting for the suppliers answer.I have the email evidence.Leaving workers hanging with broken PPE.Disgusting.Do not spend your money here.

Went to browns plains store Thursday morning Was greeted by a tall beautiful girl named jade who helped me and my husband and son. It’s always nice having people serve u who can hold great conversation. She helped us with everything. We went in for 1 thing and helped us with several things. It’s the best service I’ve received in a long long time. Thank you jade

Great friendly staff, reasonable prices. The staff were all so helpful with my embroidery enquiries. Great selection of equipment and clothing. Will definitely be coming back!!

This store put boots aside that I asked for, I confirmed they where the correct boots I wanted with product code ect as I live 40 minutes from the store. I travelled 40 mins to the store, and they weren’t the correct boots, after double checking before my long travel to this store. I’m Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this poor customer service to anyone !

Excellent service and product knowledge. I told Herda the type of work I was doing and she recommended a better value product than I had chosen. They didn't have exactly my size but sourced stock at another location, and Herda then rang the store to make sure that it was actually in stock and arranged for it to be held for me. Excellent service-thank you.

Very helpful staff, good variety, reasonable prices, well laid out and clean. Only negative being there were only a few things in the right size.
