Have been using Wyuna pool shop for the last 9 yearsMostly dealt with Vicki who is very knowledgeable.New manager Morris I think won’t last long in this business.Went to check water last week readying for summer needed some salt and a couple of chemical which I had at home.Went back today to check levels and was told I didn’t buy anything on my last visit so could take my business elsewhere..Wow !! blown away after spending thousands over the years including evolution chlorinator and new pump and many chemicals…Great business and customer service been displayed today, maybe business slow or hurting or just forgot his meds today.Not wishing him all the success in his new business venture I won’t support him anymore will miss Vicki though..

The girl running this shop is all over this pool stuff. Her chemistry knowledge is vast and determination to find and fix things is extensive. Highly reccomend a chat with vicki if have a problem.

Did not return calls.When I rang her back this is what she said.. we have better things to do then sit around and wait for customers" well guess what? I can deal with professional pool shops that actually want business. I will never deal with Wyuna pools again and will advise as many people as possible to do the same!"

Requested quote for work via email - followed up with a call. Advised initially that would come on Tuesday then told it would be Thursday. As promised the tech came out on Thursday & spent time with my hubby (also a tradesman). As promised quotes arrived by email - along with an invoice for $82.50 for the quote, that's quite a rate - my hubby does free quotes by the way! At no time were we advised that we'd be charged for the quote (in either of the 3 telephone conversations prior to visit either). If intending to charge $82.50 for a quote it would be prudent to advise people! PS Won't be taking up their quotes for the actual work either!

I recently stayed at a property for a short stay at Fingal where a guy by the name of Jason was tending to the pools there.I was having trouble finding the keys/lockbox to the property no thanks to the owner who was on his balcony as well. Jason went out of his way to help us as he was there doing his pool run . A good bloke all round who likes his work and helped us that afternoon which was greatly appreciated . Wyuna have a good employee in Jason .Thanks mate.

Jason serviced our spa last Friday 29th September 2017. During this service he showed professionalism and was experienced in his field of work.Everyone has commented on how clean the spa is after purchasing the products which were so inexpensive. We just received our invoice for the service and products and were surprised at how low the costs were after having a pool at our previous address and had that serviced for 10 years. Thank you Wyuna Pools we will be getting our brother and Mum if you service Burleigh area onto you.

As new pool owners, we had little idea what we needed to care for our pool. We went in this morning and met Morris. He was very informative, polite, professional and most of all, helpful! He tested our water and advised on chemicals and care for our pool. We were expecting to need to spend a lot of money but the cost was beyond reasonable. Very positive experience! Will be back regularly. Thanks so much!

Great service and very helpful. Very thorough when doing a pre-purchase pool inspection checks of pool pumps, lights, etc. Really happy and would recommend. Will be returning for pool maintenance purchases in future.
