This little gem has been my preferred hardware store for almost six years now.It's got great stock, great pricing and a great range but most importantly it's a real family owned buissness. You know that the owner will look after you and that he cares about you as a customer. This is what the ideal store feels like.He just ordered in an axe handle for me and not only did it arrive at the specified time, I was called and told it was waiting for me, he recognised me as I came in, had the handle ready for me, without saying anything he threw in the wedge and have me a great price. He also had a good yarn to me about how to attack it to my axe head.I've since moved far away from Mt Lawley but I'm always ready to travel to this great shop.

I have been going here on and off for 6 years when ever I need something and I bought my heaters here good products last longer and other staff I have purchased really good products and affordable. The service is amazing always good service with a smile and professional. Good atmosphere and helpful staff at all times. Perfect place for key cutting if you want to have spare keys. Great location so easy to find and easy access to transport because the shop is next to the bus stop .

It's like the tardis - you think it's small but it has everything you need, or they can get it in. If you need three screws you can buy three screws, not like elsewhere where you end up with 17 screws you don't need. Always cheery, always good advice you can trust. This is exactly how shops used to be, and should be. One of my great pleasures is to recommend Glen and Lisa to friends and then hear the rave reviews after they have been there.
