I love my weekly Pilates Balance class, Kelly is wonderful and listens to you, plus helps with any movement issues you may have. Love the ladies as well, we always have a good laugh. Highly recommend.

Such a relaxing and supportive environment to do pilates. Kell always makes sure your individual needs are met. Classes are such fun…lovely people and lots of laughs whilst improving your flexibility, strength, balance and fitness.
