Staff are rude, food is never fresh, everything is dusty and dirty and out of date. Drinks are always hot out of fridge if you go at night.Edit replyYou state that you replace food every 30-40 minutes, your toasted sandwiches are 4 hours old and cold by 9am, your staff will tell you how long they have been there when asked.You also state that you open at 4am. I stopped coming there because you were not open at least 4 times by that time and it made me late for work.Every time I come in and ask for a fresh burger or item off the menu to be made I am told that you cannot do it. Usually because there is only 1 staff member working alone trying to do everything.I think you need to read over your reviews again.This is in no way directed at the staff members personally, you can easily see that the problems stem from the owner. For example, rostering enough staff on, training staff properly, ensuring there are correct procedures in place for consistency, caring about your customers and service.

Convenient, they sell out of date bread, so check it. Needs a good clean

Fresh and hot food is available from 4 am with excellent customer services. Staff is very friendly. This is the best shop in peak crossing where u can get all grocery items, hot food, coffee and drinks.

This petrol station is the epitome of a run down, dirty place. The service was terrible - the staff just sat in the corner and stared at us. The food here is barely edible, as evidenced by the cold pie that I bought. The drinks are also questionable, with no clear indication of how fresh they are. To top it off, the toilets here are absolutely disgusting - it is best to avoid using them altogether. All in all, I would not recommend this petrol station.

After a day of riding at qmp, this servo is great to stock back up on food or fuel. There are Great staff who are kind a polite and the heated up butter chicken is amazing. 10/10

If all you need is fuel and a drink from the fridge, this is great.If you want to buy food and use a toilet - keep rolling.Toilet is an abomination. This visit was the best I’ve seen it; but still wiped the surfaces before I used it. I came through once and it was filthy with no paper, when I enquired inside the storekeeper offered to sell me a roll, then said he’d charge double because I was female. Service is rude all round. I’ve learned not to eat here.

15/4/2023 - Faulty diesel pump (number 8). After advising staff, was advised Owners and staff aware but still continuing to use - wasn’t the first time today was the response. Pump doesn’t stop filling when tank is full. Completely drenched in diesel from waist down. No water in watering can to rinse myself, car or ground off. Told tap around side of building - no offer to assist. Drove home wet (an hour and an half) with diesel fumes permeating causing sore eyes, headaches and nausea. Clothes and shoes ruined. Thanks for the experience. Will be taking this further with headquarters if not dealt with appropriately. Tania
