What a bunch of clowns. I have been trying to get this circus to cancel my service for over three months. All they do is keep taking money from my account.It’s almost impossible to speak to someone there. It seems they are too busy under the big top putting on their clown shoes, hair and makeup to answer the phones. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of money and join another circus.I have had to contact the telecommunications ombudsman two times and my bank two times to try and stop this circus. The worst telco I have ever used. A bunch of ding a lings.

So far so good, we changed to pennytel because our previous telco used the optus network which was really not very good in the area we live in. Pennytel use the telsta network, I've never been a fan of telstra, but hopefully we will get better coverage.

Moved our business mobile and landline plan over from Optus a few months ago. Reception issues have been non existent. Would recommend for a business looking to save on their phone bill without compromising coverage.

I have been with Pennytel for some years nowNo issues UNTIL my invoices from FEB/MAR 2023 where goodPaid the invoices to date and thought all goodUNTIL April 2023 invoice read outstanding late payment fees from last year Feb 2022 and a last late payment fee Sept 2022 only now In April 2023 PENNYTEL NOTIFY meNow they have suspended my account no email no phone calls !!!MOST UNPROFFESSIONAL MOBILE PHONE PROVIDER here in AustraliaDONT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY
