Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Childers

This child care center is the most unprofessional place in qld! As I have shared custody with my child! My ex wants to charge me money saying it is under the time period where you can cancel!I simple rang up to ask for the cut off period on the time where we would be charged for cancellation! I was told im not aloud to know the simple rules from the day care! Then laughed at when I said it's my right to know as a father!It is their simple rules that the company runs by! Any one on the street can ring up and know this information.I was told I would rather not discuss this with you! I said I was the a legal guardian aswell!What a disgusting establishment!Just for the sake of a read it would of be a 5 days notice before the first cancellationGood job guys! The worst in the state

I have had 2 grandchildren attend this centre over a few years. They were well cared for and educated. I really liked how every staff member came to know the children. They felt very happy and safe.The communication between centre and families was great.I would highly recommend this centre to anyone who wants the best.

By far the best daycare I have attended. Bright horizons was exceptionally friendly, and helpful. My housemates son attends this daycare and his attitude has improved immensely and his education is excelling in leaps and bounds, it amazes me the intelligent conversations we have, all thanks to bright horizons daycare. They centre is very clean and tidy and the staff are incredibly kind. I know my housemates child is in exceptional hands and very safe.
