the indian guy at the counter did a rude service and blame me make the mud into the shop and made him clean the dirt, ?????EXCUSE ME? ???i got mud on my boot but they are dry and nothing step at the shop . saw the review many person complain this same person , poor , perhaps you just want salary but do nothing .

Dont spend your money here. This one doesnt have toilets like most 7 elevens, I am a driver and need toilet and thats why I avoid getting fuel from 7 eleven service station and those who dont bother to provide toilet service to their customers

Usually have to wait a few minutes to be served. The staff don't read the fine print on the two for $5.50 deals and by default items don't scan correctly. It's happened a few times when items scan at the wrong prices and the staff won't refund you if you're overcharged. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier, but at a bare minimum staff should ensure items scan at the correct price. The 7 eleven app is good though.

The Indian guy serving at the counter is downright abrasive, never smile and ruin the entire customer service experience, which is a shame.

Hi i would like to complain im a customer and i go to the 7-Eleven. But recently i dont like the management there is one guy who takes forever to handle everything.I went today and i hate it when people park their car and pretend to get petrol and go buy coffee, muffins. They should park their car in the 15 mins section. I had to wait 30 minutes for this one guy. Seriously you just lost one of your customers.
