Top Notch team has installed the new blinds at my new property and they look amazing. Very professional team from start to finish. Zara and Zeeshan helped me during the fabric selection process according to my house plan. Price quoted was under my budget and lower than competitors. They have multiple varieties of blinds with fabric from top brands of UK and Australia. As promised, they installed the blinds between 2-3 weeks. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to install blinds in Canberra or surrounding areas.

Zeeshan was on time when he was giving us our quote. Quality of the blinds are good and good quality. The issue is the communication during installation. Waited for 2 hours for them and they only responded when they were already have the time. They could have communicated earlier that they will be late, instead nothing was communicated. They apologise but the 2 hours I could have packed our stuff in moving would have been a good idea. The 2nd issue we had is when his staff was unpacking the blinds inside our house, they scratched our wall and the paint was peeled off. Zeeshan promised me he will fix it after installation but informed my husband different thing. He told my husband to just inform our builder to repaint our wall which is not good enough for me. I am giving 2 stars as after the installation and taking the money, they did not fix my wall.
