Sunnymead Hotel

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here, traveling the Great Ocean Road. Recently renovated the room was fresh, clean and airy. The staff were very friendly and “up for a chat”!. The hotel is a stone’s throw from some excellent eateries and, of course, the most beautiful and impressive Split Point Lighthouse. Would definitely include a stopover here again on any future trip down the Great Ocean Road.

We had been excited for our stay at Sunnymead and it did not disappoint! From entering the reception area you can immediately tell so much thought and care has gone into this place. Our room was a delight. Big and comfortable bed, thoughtful decor and we loved the pops of yellow that add to the sunny vibe. The room had everything we needed. Housekeeping was attentive with replacing used dishes quickly and they were bright and cheerful. The location was exceptional. We ditched the car and we were within easy walking distance to all that we needed.Hint - definitely head to the top shops and enjoy a plentiful and delicious cheese platter at Le Comptoir.Thanks for the wonderful accommodation Sunnymead, we can’t wait to come back!

Tastefully decorated huge room with some items you don't usually find in a motel room eg unique crockery, books, game, divine body wash /shampoo. Huge towels and bathrobes. Lovely setting in manicured gardens. It's so pleasant to sit at the lounge chairs and table drinking brewed coffee from proper cups and saucers. Maybe next time we will use the spa facility.

What a space! The interior and exterior of this hotel is creative and well thought out. A very comfortable space with a restaurant, pool, and all the amenities you require for your stay. Will visit again.

This is a beautiful motel conveniently located with large rooms, comfortable bed and top of the line amenities. We only stayed one night driving from Melbourne to Adelaide but the service was friendly and super professional and the room was exceptionally beautiful. Highly recommended!

An amazing and surprising experience. Very clean, modern, fantastic customer service. Made us feel it was summer in the middle of the winter, it was a pleasure choosing you, so much so that we decided to extend our stay, and we will definitely back for summer. The restaurant was the perfect complement to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, nice and cozy room, all freshly renovated. Clean. Comfy bed. Really good value for money. More like a 4-star hotel than 3-star! Would recommend.

PERFECT! Beautiful room, extremely big and comfortable bed, bathroom is exquisite, peaceful atmosphere, very accommodating staff, convenient parkong, and also at a great price! We will definitely return if we're ever around again

I just had a girls weekend at Sunnymead Hotel Aireys Inlet and it was everything we needed! The staff were so helpful and friendly. It is within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the light house and beach. The room was clean and luxurious with a fun sunny vibe. I had the best sleep- so cosy and comfortable. They have the Herbalist Bells Beach brand in the bathrooms which made my skin and hair so soft and smelt beautiful. The tea provided was delicious. I just brought my own milk down. The solar heated pool was nice after a day of walking. I'll definitely be back when the pool bar, restaurant and spa is up and running that's for sure!

We loved our weekend stay. The retro room is well equipped and has a very comfortable bed and bathroom with nice products. Dinner with the Indian inspired menu was delicious and good value. We were there on a busy night however service was friendly and efficient. Great location in Aireys Inlet. Would recommend.
