Chemist Warehouse Seaford Meadows

Would not send me a medication l desperately need as it is out of stock at my local area pharmacy, this is the next closet store 400kms away. Still refused to even send it to my chemist warehouse. I offered to pay as well. I can't travel 400kms to pick it up...... health service not offering to assist when l am desperate, not very satisfactory.

I would like to give a big shout out to Simon the pharmacist as he is excellent. Thankyou for your patience for helping me install the chemist warehouse app and explaining to me how to use it. Very prompt service with prescriptions and the staff are very helpful!

Mixed bag but mainly bad, just visited and 5 people waiting at checkout with one cashier working very hard and efficiently while 2 other staff stood 4 metres away gasbagging, really disappointed. Ok if you don't have the staff and busy but this was rude.

Great pharmacy with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always received great advice from the pharmacist. All items are well priced and the store is very clean with lots of room

The last place in Adelaide to have Senega mixture. They kept 2 bottles aside, I offered to pre pay as coming later from an hour away but they said no need to. Helpful and very staff. Big thank you!!

All staff are so helpful and friendly, Simon who runs this outlet is amazing very very helpful and knowledgeable never let's you down.Ashley who is one of the pharmacy consultants that I deal with is amazing, her customer service is exceptional and always friendly.Daniel who is one other consultant that I deal with is always accommodating wether via the app or in the shop he's just amazing and this kind of service as indicated by both is hard to come by these days.Another staff member also to be noted who has left now is Charlene, again great customer service from Charlene.Also credit to Tri, Luke who have been very supportive & efficient.Well done Simon, you have great staff past and present and customer service maintained right through your business and the store extension also has made it more worth while coming with competitive prices, you should be congratulated Simon and your team well done.

Always experienced great customer service, particularly from the pharmacy staff. I just popped in unannounced to see if someone could check my blood pressure for a pregnancy related reason and they were extremely attentive, helpful & thorough. Really appreciate their service.

Having been a customer at multiple chemists over my lifetime I can honestly say that this Chemist Warehouse store at Seaford Meadows offers the best service that I have ever experienced!I congratulate the staff on their fast, efficient and friendly service! Like most people I do not like waiting long times to pick up my scripts. The wait times at this chemist are far less than anywhere else that I have been. Some of the long wait times at other chemists, which have no customers at all, are just plain ridiculous.Ever since this store opened, I have been a regular customer and their service has always been outstanding!

Extremely disappointed. Chemist Warehouse's policy is one RAT test per customer. As I was in line I saw the customer in front of me buy a test. He asked for a second test and must have been advised of the policy. He then said what if I go away and have a coffee?" with that the girl gave him a second test. He paid for each test with a separate $50 note. When I went up to the counter

Went there this morning for a few things. Asked girl in row 2 for help. To say she was helpful would be saying the sky was green. Train yr staff, if they don't know something teach them to refer customer to someone else, even the pharmacist. And not treat customers like an inconvenience. We pay their wages.Doubt I'll go back.Ps. Didn't buy my items, went elsewhere.
