I originally had a 5 star review, until the manager who i won't disclose names has put me and my family in a worser position then when we first went in to ask for help and now i am having to go to legal aid (which also the managers boss advised him to do due to the big mistake he made) to take this person and how they handled our situation further because of there incompetance and missguided information. Look all i will say is they really messed up and put lives at risk due to a fault of a manager at public housing.Disgusted in humans after being treated how we did and having an accident which could of been prevented and legal will be involved.

Staff are out of touch with reality! rude staff and no care at all they all have roofs over there heads so no idea what reality is! needs a overhaul

They take forever to get me a place especially when I'm trying to get my kids back and the fact I'm pregnant and I'm worried that child safety will take my baby from me but they don't seem to care

I am a mother of 3 soon to be 4. I been told if I live in a tent with my children child safety will take my children away but still I am not getting any help. I am begging pleading for help. Update still no help been living in one room for about 1 year and 3 months with 4 children. So close to going to camp out front of housing commission

Not helpful, had a major flooding issue xmas morning, DONE a lot of damage to my personal items (furniture &floors) department of housing still haven't DONE anything about it. Now trying to remove us from the property because of what happened, it was in no way any fault of mine,I reported a problem with the kitchen in August 2021& they said there was no problem with the kitchen . Now this has happened they are trying to say it is my fault for not reporting the problem earlier. We just want it fixed and our personal items replaced. NOT ASKING TO MUCH I THINK.......
