had a radiator electric fan replaced but the fan stopped and they had to replace with new part (not the after market one) . They initially charged me for brand new parts (700 dollars)which did not work and drained battery. then they even abused me for complaining about their workmanship quality. I would not trust any of people in the shop. I still feel upset about how they have treated me when I was returned the shop to rectify and verbal abuse.

Good coustmer service satisfied with my hvac works thanks guys . Would recomend others .

On Friday 6th January 2012 I booked my vehicle in for 0800am service to have my starter motor reconditioned or replaced on Saturday 7th January.Upon arrival at 0800 am I am informed that the earliest my car would be done would be around midday. I could wait and see Vince at 0830 who would tell me the same thing.I got up early to get there by 0800 am. I would not recommend Mascot Auto Electrical ( Auto Electricians).

Great service and staff are lovely

I had a sudden issue with the electrical on my back passenger window so called up Vince and his team who were more than happy to take my vehicle in on short notice (within an hour). I also asked them to investigate the air conditioning as it seemed to have an issue. Vince called me to advise the issues as well as the price. He was able to fix the issue and was kind enough to add on fixing another issue as well. I had to fly overseas the next day so Vince even kept my car safe for a week. Incredible, professional service - very grateful.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I live near by this shop and instead of taking my ute to my normal mechanic who lives too far, I decided to give a chance to this Mascot Auto Services; I regret too much. Please value your money, do a favor to yourself and take it somewhere else. I speak with facts:1. Serviced by a chubby guy (I think the owner), very rude to me, 0 care about customer satisfaction. Very hypocrite wishing me good day when he just wanted my money for a service that did not satisfy my expectations and requirements. No touch about customer service at all. Greedy guy, horrible human being. He does not care about my opinion but what he does not know is that people read comments on Google and I am sure many will prefer to go somewhere else.2. I had to call them to remind them I needed my ute to be serviced. If I did not call they hadn’t serviced my ute. It took more that 4 days for a simple service.3. I wanted a dual battery installed and he put it wrongly. I wanted some other simple stuff to be done and no one of that was done according to my specifications. $1463 for a simple service to my ute, do you think a regular and simple service worth this money?And so on and so on. Please avoid this shop!!!

I have used their services for a few years. Both Vince & Pattie (I think they are the husband/wife owners) have always been extremely helpful and display great customer service skills. If you want the cheapest job then keep shopping around but if you want the job done right with exceptional after sales service then this local business is my first choice for auto repairs.

Very fast and honest. Highly recommended.
