All I came in for was a boarder mat and some glass. The boarder was the wrong shape and even the wrong size, the women who did it then said would I be able to cut it myself at home because it doesn't fit in the frame...I was shocked. This was my first time at a framing shop and I didn't know what else to say other then yes. It took my partner hours to fix it! This was also wayyyy over priced!!

The help given to select the matting colours was just fantastic - the colour I thought I wanted didn’t look as great in real life as it did in my head!Finished product is wonderful and I’m extremely happy with it.

Good customer service but incredibly expensive. Got a quote for some prints and nearly fell over at the price. Went to another smaller framing place who did the exact same job for less than half the cost. Saved several hundred dollars. What I was told from the second place is that they both use the same suppliers. Can't seem to justify the insane markup.
