Nice store, went on weekend served by Haley just a lovely person all changed when the other woman worked paid on line would not release goods until 3 to 5 days till it shows money in their bank even when presenting her with the receipt and showing processed from my bank. Lazy boy update your procedures not good enough. Plus she is so rude.

Great staff! I dealt with 3 delightful ladies over 3 days. Linda helped me select a chair and gave me information to muse over. Deanna was great answering all my questions over the phone and finally Edith sealed the deal. These ladies were knowledgeable about their products and great fun as well.I bought a powered recliner with lumbar support and a 2.5 seat lounge. Absolutely beautiful products. Beautifully made,and great price. I finally chose Vermont in chair and lounge.I can highly recommend this store in Midland.

This is our second time purchasing from Laziboy Cannington store. We went around to a few other furniture shops, but couldn't find anything as comfortable as the couches at Laziboy. Yumi the sales person is also super lovely, she made the whole purchasing process an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend Laziboy Cannington. (We also went to the Laziboy at Midland and the lady there called Lisa is also very nice, we just ended up purchasing from the Cannington store.)
