Espresso Fix I Coffee Machines Repairs

The team at Espresso Fix could not have been better. My Breville Dual Boiler was fixed and back making great coffee within a week, all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for service and repairs.

Machine was repaired in Nov 22, Have had nothing but trouble since. Have now had to have it fixed again and it appears that the problems are a result of the repairs done by Espresso Fix. Simple things like cutting the filter off the filler hose but not replacing it so the hose is no longer long enough to reach into the tank properly. Using tape to try and repair a leak. would not recommend this company for coffee machine repairs

I wish I can post photos, but if you are told to go here by Breville or by your coffee machine company ‘BE AWARE’. Your coffee machine will be destroyed or returned damaged, stained. The staff are so rude and inconsiderate and just want your money, I was not satisfied and his remedy was a free bag of coffee. Their 10 days worked out to be 4 weeks and the rude lady who I spoke to a number of times kept on blaming the number of coffee machines and Breville being a number one player. They also don’t listen to you and and are like a car maintenance place and just fix things without your approval and expect you to pay for it even tho it may have not even had anything wrong with it. If you want pictures feel free to like my review and PM. I will be sharing my review via Facebook, Instagram and several other sites as this Expresso Fix store must be shut down.

Espresso Fix is where you want to take your coffee machine to get fixed. The quote was pretty fair, and my machine works beautifully now - it is not noisy and the new group seal is excellent. A few days over the 10 business day average turnaround time suggested but the high quality workmanship from Frank makes it worthwhile.Dianne is very friendly, and is always a pleasure to deal with and chat to. I was even given a complimentary small bag of coffee beans on pick up, great customer service. I’m sure I’ll be back sometime. Thanks again guys!

The Espresso Fix team fixed and serviced my 4ish year old Breville Barista Express. The solenoid failed and they diagnosed and sorted the problem before returning the machine looking and working as good as new. Friendly, informative and all sorted quickly. I was recommended Espresso Fix by a neighbour and I can see why. I would 100% use them again.
