Since I started doing exercise physiology a couple of months ago my life has dramatically changed for the best.I have lost weight,feeling stronger and am much more positive.My diabetes has stabilised and improved.Iam getting more out of life.The team all work together so you get the best care.Danielle and Allen are experts in their field of physiology.Paige and Skye at reception always have a welcoming smile and something nice to say.I am so grateful to the wonderful staff at East Street.Absolutely brilliant!

In bed one night I twisted and leaned down to grab the plug for my phone. The next morning I could hardly walk, but I had to work that morning, so took some painkillers to get through. Luckily I managed to get an appointment with Claire van Poppel, a physiotherapist, and she had me moving comfortably with her treatment and exercises. That pain went away and I'm now functioning well.At the moment she is treating me for a knee injury, and again with her treatment and exercises I'm finally coming good. I am pretty active and over the last 40 years I've seen quite a few sports medicine practitioners, osteos, chiropractors and deep tissue masseurs, but I have to admit, Claire is probably one of the best I've seen in that time to get me moving and functioning again. Highly recommended!

Dr Adelaide Turner is without a doubt one of the very best osteos in the area. She is extremely thorough and her appointments are not rushed. The treatment itself was really hands on, which I needed for chronic level lower back and sacral pain.I can not recommend her highly enough. From a fellow local practitioner I felt she hot all the right areas that I needed work. Thanks Adelaide. See you again very soon for more great pain relief work.

I've had a bad lower back for about 3 months and nothing my GP or medical friends suggested helped. Within 3 visits to Bellarine Sports Medicine Centre they were onto the cause of the problem, and had it fixed. Great service, highly knowledgable staff and a great experience all round. Don't put up with the pain or the clinical merry go round. Just go to Bellarine Sports Medicine Centre. Highly recommended.

I am grateful for the treatment from the team for all my medical conditions that they see me for.Their competency and teamwork is pretty amazing, with my 25 year Career in the Defence Force and the number of specialists I have seen is staggering, I am now medically discharged and able to find the best care, they are simply the best and out shines the others I have seen.Their style of practicing is unique, one sentence from the Hippocratic Oath stands out in regards to their level of care I will apply

I see Dr Christine staff are really friendly. Great range of services all very professional and experienced they also are a great team so if have a problem with back or whatever def have a look here.
