This was absolutely terrible.Even 1 million bucks wouldn’t get me to go back for a weekly shop. They called it food works but it’s hardly even working and there is hardly any food.

Yeah there was f all on the shelves, it was barren. Very strange, didn't even have paper to wrap up the deli food, just slapped a sticker on the plastic bag.

The most dirty place I ever saw and should be closed for health and safety reasons. Open boxes with products are siting on the way of people trying to navigate around them. The young people working there are making fun of the customer and they don't fully understand customer service. If I could I will give a zero! I never go inside again.

To be honest, not sure how they're still open, shelves barren, lots of employees not doing alot, the ones that were working, I felt for them. It was quite disappointing to be honest, had some food in f & v section that was from Dec 2022. Luckily, I checked the dates..maybe try IGA Mt Tamborine, worth the drive....

Horrible customer service. 2 girls stood in the deli talking whilst 4 groups lined up waiting. One girl then got the hint and started serving…. One group. We were asked if we wanted a receipt we replied with yes but she had already run back to chat with her friend. Such a shame considering we wanted to support a small business.

Staff are always friendly and helpful but it always looks as though there was a huge sale on and there was barely anything on the shelves!

I was disgusted totally with this Foodworks. The owners really need a reality check. The pricing was unbelievably high..$20 for a block of cheese I later purchases at Woolies for $11.50. This shop has the monopoly in the little town of Canungra. The locals that I met also shared my view and told me that more and more are shopping elsewhere. The consumer watchdog really needs to check this place out

You can never get what you left the house to get here. The shelves are rarely stocked, things like beef mince, parmesan, bread, etc. are rarely if ever available. And don't hold your breath that it'll be restocked the following day. You'd think that with the amount of money they charge for things that often cost half as much at other super markets they'd be able to afford to stock the shelves or hire more staff. The staff are lovely
