Leigh fitted me in at short notice when I had brake problems and did a fantastic job sourcing parts and fixing the problem. His communication, professionalism and advice was very much appreciated and my car was a dream to drive when he’d finished with it. I’m highly recommending Monkey Grip to all my friends and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My daughter’s about to purchase her first car so it’s very reassuring to have a quality mechanic we can depend on. Found this mechanic randomly on Google. Leigh is honestly a breath of fresh air when it comes to finding a professional, well priced, honest and reliable mechanic. After a few previous dodgy encounters I took my car to Leigh for a range of issues. I have since returned to Monkey Grip for several different reasons and have left feeling extremely satisfied with the work done each and every time. Leigh comes across as genuine and knowledgeable and you don't feel ripped off. He goes the extra mile to help his customers out. My new go to mechanic - highly recommend.

Monkey Grip Automotive is absolutely amazing, the service is very professional and friendly, a very welcoming environment. Mechanics at Monkey Grip Automotive were honest and direct about my car when addressing the issues with my car (engine needed replacing), then explained to me why it needs replacing, with a precise bracket of pricing for repairs. Genuinely very nice people at Monkey Grip Automotive, treat me like family. I definitely will be coming back.

Monkey Grip Automotive has absolutely brilliant service. Very personable and good honest work. Leigh was extremely helpful to me on the day I found myself in a real spot of bother with my car. Car feels absolutely fantastic now. Highly recommend and I wont go anywhere else.....Leigh....you did it again. Oct 2022...Absolutely top bloke....on top of being a great mechanic.....I'm a bit lost for words which is unusual for me....best of the best. Thanks just doesn't cut it. Much appreciated. I was recommended Monkey Grip via a good mate of mine. Leigh is the business owner and was very professional and diligent in servicing my car at a very competitive price. I happened to get talking to him about an issue I was having with my other car and another company. Leigh was pretty much on the spot able to work out the issue and offer me great advice to take back to the other company. Monkey Automotive is a small business, but a great business with brilliant customer service. Highly endorse.
