Definatly not LGBT friendly. Went in to buy paint and no staff in store at the time. A customer seemed to purposly make transphobic comments while I waited nearly 10 minutes for staff to come back into the store and serve me. Will not be returning.

Staff are always friendly, up for a chat and brain storm about ideas for projects, quick with recommendations and suggestions

Awesome service!! I'm fairly new to WH and the guys in the shop are very helpful when ever I enter the store with any questions. If you have a question regarding painting, lore or tabletop these are the guys to go to.

Very helpful staff with great knowledge

I've been a hobbyist for 20 years and it's a good hobby for people to enjoy social activity, creative activity, one that is also meditative, and leaves you with something you can show off at the end. It's a welcoming and inclusive community, with people from all walks of life. Aside from deeply challenging tactical gameplay with detailed rules (some of which are updated too quickly), there is also a rich history and background for those who like reading, collecting, and immersing more than gaming or painting.Product availability, and communication around order delivery are the who main pain-points for me at this stage.

10/10 highly recommended , Adam is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and approachable, did his absolute best to hell those who are new to the hobby, will be a return customer for sure ✔️

I stumbled into this store after having not played and painted Warhammer 40k since I was about 11. Had a lovely chat with Dion and he was very insightful into the hobby. A great store with a great guy running it. Even let me build a mini Ork dude. I will definitely be back to grab a starter set.Love the location of the store and the fact I can park straight out the front and walk in.Has everything you could want and more.Cheers dude had a blast
