I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to Dr.Claire and team at Animal Emergency Service Underwood. I could not praise her enough for the care and treatment my little dog received after a traumatic injury. I was kept informed of her condition during the night and could not have had better treatment if she was human. I recommend these devoted team to all pet lovers.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Dr Kayla. She is a incredible vet. it was clear that she is so passionate about her work. We attended the clinic on an extremely busy night, and even with the huge patient load at the time, she was incredibly patient, taking time to discuss all my options for treating my dog and wanting the best for his treatment. She was so lovely and informative. I cannot say enough good things about her. Fantastic vet with so much care for her furry patients!

Everyone here was so kind and compassionate and able to quickly help us out in a very stressful moment.In particular, Dr Georgie was so incredible and went above and beyond to ensure Mango was taken care of properly. She was very supportive and accommodating of his reactivity to other animals and organised everyone to help us exit the building without running into any triggers to make sure he had a positive experience.Thanks so much to the whole team for keeping Mango safe, healthy and happy!

I took my dog in with an infection and they checked him out straight away and gave him pain relief while we waited to see the Vet. Paul was lovely and he explained everything very clearly. Luckily it wasn't too serious and we just needed some medication. Pets like to have problems outside of business hours so it is great to have the Emergency Service open 24/7.

The team at the underwood emergency clinic were simply outstanding!! They looked after our kitten and us so well with love, care and expertise!! Our kitten has recovered quickly and back to her own self thanks to their quick and caring intervention. Very kind and clearly love animals which is what you want. Thank you so much we’ll be forever grateful.

My little chihuahua was feeling unwell, our local vet ask me to take him to Underwood Animal Emergency. Pepe was seen straight away. All the staff from reception to nurses and doctors were wonderful / caring and took great care of Pepe. I recommend Animal Emergency to all pet parents.

The staff at the Animal Emergency Service were the best. They were all friendly, patient and went above and beyond. They kept us informed all along the way, answered our questions and were honest with us, so that we could make an informed decision. When it was time to make the hard choice to say goodbye to a member of our family, they showed compassion and let us have a much time as we needed. We felt the support from each team member we dealt with and helped make a difficult time a little bit easier. Thank you to all the amazing staff at the Animal Emergency Services.
