I honestly couldn't believe what I was watching. It's 2023 and to have such a massive corporation still accuse a woman of stealing purely because of the colour of her skin is absurd and just outright racism. I really hope that Woolworths takes disciplinary action (termination) against this employee.

For some reason, this supermarket seems to have difficulty keeping their shelves stocked. I have often found what I wanted/needed at I.G.A. in Rockhampton without any difficulty, any day, whenever this supermarket doesn't have what I'm looking for. I don't understand why this supermarket has so much trouble keeping their shelves stocked. Unless it's an international money-making plan. Idk. Two stars from me.

A customer was accused of stealing by a staff member named Trish.. When the customer had proven her innocence, Trish showed no remorse or empathy towards the customer. Terrible place to shop.Woolworths do better.

Clean store and friendly staff. They carry a reasonable range of products with some of the general lines not stocked. Often, I need to go back several times or go to a store in Rockhampton to complete my shopping order.

Always has low stock, poor variety to chose from. Doesn’t run bakery or roast chicken oven everyday

Better training needed for employees when it comes to loss prevention. Especially regarding First Nations people being profiled. Not only is it horrifying to have to be publicly accused but when realising you’ve made a mistake after the search (in the middle of Woolworths) the employee showed no signs of regret - heaven forbid if I made that mistake I would be so apologetic. This needs to be addressed as it seems that this was not a once off by this employee or other employees.

I found the few items that I needed and at the checkout the staff member who served me was very polite, that makes shopping more enjoyable.
