Staff got my gender right immediately, as they should based on the fact that I am not mentally disturbed in thinking I am something I am not. Well done. Five Stars.

I have been here several times as has my husband. There is one staff person. We arrive before the 7:30 opening so minimize waiting. It would be nice if there were two staff persons to reduce the wait time, but the overall demand probably does not require two. The staff person was pleasant and efficient.

My wife experienced grief here as a transwoman. Intentional misgendering, which is about the most stupid thing any staff member can do in the front-of-house at a commercial enterprise. Learn how to refer to everyone as they, or learn how to speak appropriately to transfolk here in Cairns. Trans people have legal protections in this state. Needless to say, we will never be visiting this lab again. And hey management, we imagine this is exactly what your staff member was hoping would be the result of their conduct. You happy about that?
