We just purchased a new oven and Cooktop from Aaron at Trisleys Betta Home and Living located in the Nambucca Valley.It was quite an enjoyable experience with the friendly and informative service from Diane and Aaron both of whom are very knowledgeable regarding product details.I am always price conscious about buying household goods and I make sure I do price comparisons before I go shopping.For price we believe Trisleys are right up there with the best of them.The other important thing is, they are a long established local business that employs local people,we need them.

Fridge blew up after a storm, full of Christmas goodies. I rang Trisleys at 7.15 am the next morning after finding the fridge I wanted online. Thanks to Jarrod and Dillon we had a new fridge delivered by 8.30am the same morning. So I had very little food waste and the boys were so obliging and respectful. Purchased 2 lights on special at Trisleys. Matt, their electrician, installed them very promptly and whilst there also swapped two (2) ceiling fans from one room to another, also fitted two extra oyster light fittings and checked the outside security light. Matt was super quick, very obliging and a great electrician. Everything worked perfectly. Big Tick to Trisleys and their Team.

Called into the Nambucca Heads store this morning to purchase vacuum cleaner bags for a Hoover Smart vacuum. Straight away the response was not positive from either salesperson. They both went into the storeroom and shuffled through their stock, came back and said they would really need to see the machine. I persisted a little but the lady who appeared to be in charge simply googled Hoover Smart and came up with a bagless cleaner and told me they couldn't really help me. I then visited the Macksville store and they couldn't do enough to help me. Went out to the storeroom and looked it up in a book and supplied the bags to suit my vacuum cleaner.So if you want to be treated to good customer service head to the Macksville store. I won't bother with Nambucca Heads again.

Scott & Donna are brilliant to deal with and their prices are very competitive. After shopping around, we discovered that the best prices were in our home town which was fantastic. They also give great service.

We had Trisleys do some Tag and Testing for a relative's electrical items - to allow them to be taken into a nursing home with him. The whole team were great, allowing us to organise this from Sydney. They stayed true to their word and accommodated our tight schedule while we were present in Nambucca.
