Never book this company! They quoted $300 and when they arrived they changed the quite to $600, though the 1 bedroom apartment was very clean(see images which show apartment before clean). I was flying out the next day so I didn't have time to organise another company which is what they depend on. Horrible experience!

I booked a bond clean for 27/02/2023. I was given a base price for a small two bed modern apartment of $530+$90 for two bedroom carpets which was in line with a few others. On the day of the clean David, turned up by himself and with no cleaning equipment etc. he asked to see the apartment and walked around for about 10 minutes checking it out. He then tried to increase the quote to $690+$190. As I said it’s a new apartment and was quite clean. I’d been told by another cleaner that it would take 4-5 hours max for one person. I think this was a scam. Leave it to last minute and then bump up the price to take more money from the customer when they have no other options. They are not to be trusted.

DO NOT USE! Blatantly stole items, upped the price that morning when it’s too late to book anyone else, didn’t clean properly or return to re-clean.Half the apartment & carpets had already been cleaned but I couldn’t finish myself as daughter hospitalised.Website states $290 for 2 bed apartment, quoted $400 if there was extra areas or excessively dirty / rubbish piles. This I was not remotely worried about. All the kitchen cabinetry, laundry, main bathroom cabinets, & 1 bedroom including walls had already been meticulously cleaned to as new. So bulk of the cabinets, walls in one room.Leaving only master bed, ensuite, & living room walls, the oven which I last cleaned to new 2 months ago.Price was put up to $660 that morning, pay first. They wouldn’t be doing balcony or blinds. I asked to do blinds & balcony while they did the master & ensuite was told I had to leave & hand over keys as well as swab to access underground residential carpark. (There is underground visitor parking but they wanted my access to residents carpark)I was sent back to clean the master walls & wardrobe, ensuite cabinets, floors, shower & mirrors, & living room walls. So the only areas I hadn’t already cleaned prior & paid them $660 to do. Please see attached photos of how they left those areas. But the real kicker was the only thing they touched in the kitchen cabinetry which was already sugar soaped & polished to new, was an Ikea kitchen organiser tray placed back under the already cleaned sink holding 2 unopened finish Quantium dishwasher tablets bags, 2 bottles of finish rinse aid, the oven glass cleaners, new sponges, a roll of chux & various other cleaning products. This was in the already cleaned cupboard, in a meticulously organised & cleaned tray. All lined up & organised as I figured I may need it having to do the balcony & blinds myself. I cannot underscore enough this is literally impossible to mistake for rubbish & the bags of dishwashing tablets alone would have been $80. The company claims the cleaner mistook for rubbish & threw it in the bin, only they didn’t throw it in the bin they took it with them, & yes there’s CCTV, & yes I checked. They took the whole organiser & all the products, the dishwashing tablets alone would have been $80.It was blatant theft, plus the $660 & I had to go back & clean anything I hadn’t already cleaned myself for hours anyway.God help you if your apartment is actually filthy. The company seemed to find it slightly funny they saw I’d left stuff & stole it. No refunds, no reclean, no reimbursements.

Received a quote for %460 by email. They attended on the day and changed it to $740. Very small 2 brm unit. Garage not included & walls not included!. Definitely not filthy. Only 1 set of built in wardrobes. I can understand a small increase on the original quote but that was outrageous. Dishonest and extortionate.

PLEASE AVOID! Last minute cost change ($820) I was happy to pay - trusting a good job would be done. It wasn't.At the risk of losing my bond I had to go back and finish the clean myself.Zero understanding from business owner. Absolute joke.

Please read the reviews before engaging with this company. Everyone seems to agree how these people not only are unprofessional, but take advantage of the customers at last moment, and unfortunately, I am not the exception. Got a quote for $560, raised to $710 on the day of the job, and later increased to $840. To sum up, they just sweep and mop for $500, everything else is extra.

This business gave a reasonable quote for an end of lease clean. The apartment is tidy as I wipe, vacuum, and mop all surfaces regularly. When they arrived they started to tell me that everything is an additional charge. For example washing marks off the wall, a minor task that took me five minutes of soft wiping with a wet cloth - this would require washing the entire wall and thus be a major charge! It seems like these practices are absolutely standard for this company. I refused service on the basis that they had raised their price, and you should too.

We used Pug cleaning for a previous bond clean and despite being charged an extra $150 on the day to clean our oven we were very happy with the service so we decided to use them again recently. When the cleaner came to the property we were quoted more than double what was originally spoken about. We have only stayed at the small unit for 12 months and always kept it very clean - have always received feedback from agent on the cleanliness of the place. When trying to speak with the cleaner about the job and what did and did not need to be completed he was extremely rude & condescending. I attempted to contact the owner who I originally had been communicating with I was ghosted. My husband went to check on the clean once completed and it was not up to standard despite paying the extra fees quoted on the day. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. My husband had to take half a day off work to rectify the issues the cleaner had left.

Horrible Service. Was charged way more than the original quoted price and the apartment was in a WORSE state than when the cleaners arrived. There was muddy footprints left all across the floor and some surfaces and cabinets had not been touched. The balcony, which their website says is included was not touched. When taking a wetwipe to the floor it came up black with just a few swipes. They also charged $100 extra for the walls that weren't touched. When I contacted them to arrange a partial refund they refused to give me the correct contact information to organise it. On top of all this the cleaner used the air-conditioned in the apartment and LEFT IT ON with all windows and doors open for over 24 until I could return to the property. I genuinely can't believe the truely horrible service they provided.
