Fantastic service and excellent work.Mathew resized a ring and cleaned several others, he did this quickly due to us only passing through Sydney for a couple of days. He matched the engraving on the ring perfectly. We will definitely be back.

Had to have a small ring removed from a watch face and the agreed and written price was 20$. When I picked up the watch the price was crossed out and was now 30$ because you needed a new battery". Said battery was less than a month old. I do not recommend giving this place any of your business."

My engagement ring was a second hand ring bought from the UK and had a problematic claw which meant I lost a small diamond. It was repaired twice by two different jewellers in the UK but it kept falling out. Finally, went to Mirai and he fixed it (this was back in September 2016) The claw is now strengthened and the diamond has remained in place. Really pleased and we'll be customers in the future.

My husband ordered a custom-made pink diamond necklace for my first Mother’s Day.Matt designed the necklace and it was beautiful! Combination of rose gold and white gold with a beautiful pink diamond in the centre.I absolutely love it and it is so sentimental.

Had an anniversary ring created (when they were still on Willoughby Rd) and the process was smooth, they were accommodating to adjustments and the results were outstanding. My wife was very happy. Would recommend for off the shelf or bespoke pieces.

Worst customer service off all. Seemed like the person just wanted me to leave and wouldn’t even answer the questions properly, instead kept talking rudely or ignored to what I was asking. Worst place of all!! Need better customer service skills

Matthew made the most stunning ring for me. My mum passed away and I had two rings of hers to be made into something special to honour her. He was patient, understanding and totally got what I wanted. He even made a cast of it so I would be happy with the size prior to making it. Old fashioned genuine customer service is rare these days. Matthew has it . Thank you for my beautiful ring.
