We tried Simplicity for my dad's funeral, as we had previously had a bad experience with another company for my mum's. They were professional, accommodating and affordable. They answered all our questions and got back to us almost immediately when we made any queries. The team made our family feel special in what was a sad time and they really looked after us. I cannot thank simplicity funeral’s at Osborne park enough. We had my dads funeral yesterday, and it was the most beautiful send off. We’d love to thank Katherine Paul for being so compassionate, caring and helpful from the very beginning right up to the very end. Highly recommend. Sincere, genuine, patient and kind staff who take the time to guide you through what is such an emotional time. From the moment you are greeted by Elaine on reception to the planning stage with Eileen I felt completely comfortable that everything would be looked after. They went over and beyond and recommended the most incredible celebrant Jo Crofts who really made my fathers service so special, Thank you again to all the staff at simplicity for looking after both my mum in 2013 and my dad last week.
