Wish i could give a minus review. Was GUARENTEED installation by 24th december. They like ghosted me. Couldnt get ahold of my rep. Assured id get my calls returned but never happened. Finally spoke to him today to be told - oh we cant install in your area (when it was fine to accept a deposit and a contract), told my order is out of stock (which i was told was put aside awaiting the last hoops for installation), and then tried to blame my energy provider not giving them approval (whic of course they werent going to get SINCE THEY WERENT CONTACTING MY ENERGY PROVIDER). refused to let me speak to a manager, always promised call-backs. Horrible company. Im now submitting my complaints furth to consumer affairs and such.

Within 2 weeks and the panels installed on my roof, all papar work done very fast by team, Very happy with the solar system, looking good on my tiny house roof, Great Job Fortune team.

Fortune Team, was great! from the outset Alex took time to understand my requirements, and provided me with a competitive price and timely installation of the solar panels. Technicians came on time and very knowledgeable and were done in just a few hours and provided great after sales support to install the app to monitor the performance of the solar panels.

I don't recommend anyone getting solar done by them; please don't fall for the lower price. Extremely poor customer service and cut corners with the solar installation. The quote process missed an essential installation component and requirement, such as a hybrid inverter and 3-phase Smart Energy (consumption) meter.The installer was rude and did not correctly install and configure the system. Furthermore, the installer broke the tile, replaced it with the dirty one, and did not bother wiping it.The 13.32KW system was outputting at peak times 5kw of power. A system should output around 10 kW of power during peak times with good weather conditions.

amazing job quality

Unfortunately this company does not deliver. Slick advertising and the nothing. The solar system they proposed was a very low quality gear - so I did not proceed. Be careful, too good to be true.

I had installed a 6.6Kw system with a Growatt inverter and the entire process was easy. Communication with the different departments was excellent. All costs were explained in relation the system
