National Tiles Cambridge

I had purchased the tile 45$ per square metre, and it classes as first grade. However, the tile size is 2-3 mm different to each other. So my tiler charge me for extra time to tile it.When I make complain about that in store, they said , 3mm in tile size is good under Australia standard, claim that, they had noticed me about the tile variable ( did not told that extreme variable)To compare to other tile supplier , Johnson& Johnson in Moonah, or the Baumontile in city, the National Tile is way to expensive and not good quality. The tile is not good as the first grand standard .

Do not use this place. No knowledge in the industry. Picked up our tile order after waiting and we’re told on the day that it’s 2 batches in the one order. We were lied to and they didn’t own there mistake and the best they could do was take off $5 off one box. Never again!

I placed an order for tiles on a builder account, when I went to organise payment and pick up, they advised I was not the customer (event though I had made payment previously), they incorrectly allocated the funds I had paid and have withheld the tiles for a week, causing significant delays to my renovation.Their service is awful - use an alternative provider if possible.

I haven't been told to pay the 5% for the cancellation fee in store. that's big amount of money as I ordered lots. at the end I gave up to argue this and paid the cancellation fee. After nearly two months, I still haven;'t got my refund. totally unacceptable..

An incredibly frustrating customer experience, taking ages to locate an order that had arrived then not having stock of two preferred colour grouts that were displayed as stock (even they helped me select the second choice!), then going off to get me a small bag of tile adhesive, which they didn't have in stock. All up I spent an hour in this shop for a simple pick up and purchase. I world expect better from a large national retailer.

James in the showroom and Patrick in the trade section were exceptionally helpful and great at what they do. I had very little tiling experience but they took me through the whole thing and help get me set up with the right tools and materials. I went in with a fair amount of trepidation but the guys made it all easy. Now my bathroom reno is all tiled, waterproofed and epoxy grouted to perfection. Can recommend.

Fantastic range with great stock availability. The boards with several tiles to show the pattern gave an excellent example of what the tiles would look like. Customer service was outstanding. We got brilliant tiles for our bathroom Reno for a great price.

They did not have a big range of tiles and seemed overpriced

I have no idea what is wrong with this place the first few visits should have been a warning sign not to purchase from this store. Having to wait forty-five mintues just to be served when I already had the tiles picked out. Was told that it would be two to three weeks. Once hit the 3 week mark I started calling asking where the tiles where for kicthen renvotions where depending on them. Anyhow, each and every call I was told end of week. Hit 28 working days still no sign of tiles. Called for the 4th time. Was told that the tiles had left warehouse in Victoria but that was it. It's a joke if you need tiles I totally recommend going to another place in which they actually know where their orders are. An update on top of this we were under quoted howany tiles we would need there was no allowance for a broken a tile in which when orderd asking if that included a 15% wastage in case a tile broke, low and behold I was told that there would be enough. To my surprise when I got the tiles and measured them out in the space there was bearly enough to cover the space let alone have a wastage tile. This was also after checking with them after the order that the measurements had slightly changed to fit the tile and I asking if there was still enough or if I should order more. Im just parying that my poor tiler dosent break a tile during cutting. Highly highly disappointed in the overall service I gotten from this company.
