Very happy with my experience using The Confectionist! Alexandra was a helpful, friendly and honest point of contact throughout the entire process. While the product I ended up with wasn’t what I had initially envisioned for our event, I appreciated Alexandra providing me with upfront information about what they could realistically achieve by the time I needed my cookies. They have arrived today and I couldn’t be happier! They look great and taste even better and will make for an adorable little contribution to my sons birthday party this weekend. Will definitely use The Confectionist again in future!

We had the Confectionist create little Whale Shark cookies (Royal icing) for a recent event. They turned out so wonderful. Looked great as seat placers. Team was great to work with. Very accommodating and delivered on time. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I absolutely love these guys and use them for every occasion. I send biscuits instead of flowers to my family and friends, for Christmas, Mothers Day, Birthdays, sympathy, if they're not feeling well, engagements, weddings, wedding thank you gifts. I'm just such a huge fan, not just of their delicious cookies and unique range, but the beautiful packaging. It makes for the perfect gift in every occasion.

We got some gorgeous branded cookies for our skincare company, Wrinkles Schminkles, and we absolutely love how they turned out! The hand piped cookies are really worth it and they add in as much detail as possible. We have been giving these as gifts and everyone we have sent them to have been overjoyed! Highly highly recommend for a cute and fun way to brighten someones day.

Recently received my biscuits for my son's first birthday party and I'm very happy with them. The quality is excellent and they were very well packed to avoid any damage in the post coming interstate. Customer service was great too, fast, detailed responses and they worked with me on getting the style and look I was after for the biscuits. Thank you!

Beautiful, beautiful biscuits!I ordered online and was thrilled when I opened the packet, each biscuit was presented so beautifully. Delivery was super quick and it was Christmas time so they would have been flat out. Their attention to detail is amazing. Can’t wait to order from The Confectionist again!
