Discoloration and colloidal water at my taps. Informed to flush it down the drain till it runs clear (at my expense)I thought we were all supposed to be water wise these days.No quality warnings and customer service had no idea about the issue (is it safe?)Was informed it was no good for clothes washing, guess its unsafe for drinking.

Terrible management and some very unpleasant staff. My tenants reported a visit from Taswater, who told them there is a significant water leak at the property. There is no visible water leaking. I called Taswater for more info, to be informed that all appears to be normal and there is no record of their visit or reason for doing so. They said it may take several days to add the info to my file. Meanwhile I am left in the dark and face the cost of paying a plumber to attend in order to find out what is going on because Taswater can't seem to be bothered sharing their findings.

Have needed to contact Taswater several times in the past few years. I have always found them very quick to respond and professional in their approach. I last needed to contact them yesterday (about 4pm) about a blocked drain in our street I'd just noticed. I thought they'd just put in on the to do" list for today

Female on the phone, had no idea what she was doing , just wanted to pass on meter number to her when reader left note , stuffed me around for 15mins asking when the meter was read,maybe if the meter reader put the actual date they visited on the calling card instead of asking me,things might of been better, they need a lesson in customer service.

Been on hold for 40 mins re Tas water! The morbid music I recon is there to get you to cut your wrists before they speak to you. I decided to watch you tube instead of cutting my wrists. Finished two you tube items now is watching paint dry...both are dry now....The new recorded message!!!'Who is your next of kin and what is there phone number....we may phone back in their life time'

Poor in every facet of their “business” - (I loath to suggest as such, considering the level of service or lack there of) , far too much bureaucracy causing extensive delays, unwilling to take responsibility for certain water faults, poor in communicating with customers and amazingly the water prices continue to increase yet service continues to decrease. Perhaps the government needs to take back more control from council and get on with providing what is a crucial service, one that should not be held to ransom as it has been by this clearly incompetent corporation.

Whilst getting some work completed, we found the tap on our water meter had completely seized up. I called at 12:45, and spoke to Nicole, at TasWater, who couldn't have been more helpful. They dispatched a crew to George Town, they replaced the unit, and work was completed by 2PM.Thank you TasWater- Appreciate the friendly, quick service.
