Could not speak more highly of this company and it’s employees.Our pump died without warning and after getting on the phone to Arthur our unit was replaced within 24hrs. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave us some advice on a cleaner that we had been thinking about for a while as well.Based on his advice we purchased an s300i robotic cleaner and our pool has never looked better!Thank you so much DPSC and especially to you, Arthur!

Diamond Pool and Spa recently upgraded our pool from a salt pool to a mineral pool and it is amazing. Your skin feels incredible after swimming, even those who have highly sensitive skin commented how their skin is no longer irritated after swimming. Its like having hepburn springs in your backyard! The support service by Arthur and the team has been exceptional and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Dishonest 'repairers' of the Maytronics Dolphin pool robot cleaner. Do NOT bring your pool robot to this store for repair. They advised me that my robot power supply was damaged by being left in the rain, ours was never left in the rain and there was NO evidence of water damage. My robot was still under warranty. They accused us of leaving it in the rain and they wanted $350 to replace it, additionally if we wanted to question this they advised they would charge $30 to send it to Maytronics! The unit was only 6 months old. I went directly to Maytronics who disputed ALL their claims. It was NOT damaged by water, it had a faulty fuse and Maytronics do not charge to have it sent to them as it is all covered by the warranty. Maytronics replaced it immediately after confirming what we had told Diamond Pool & Spa all along, the button was faulty.

We had an issue with a 12 year old pump that with air leaking into the system and wouldn't hold prime. I called the shop and rather than just trying for a service call, they first offered advice to see if I could fix it myself. When that (or I) didn't work, they said they could come out within 48 hours despite being busy with lockdown and summer approaching. I was impressed. Jose was very friendly, explained the issue to me and tried a cost effective solution first, and then secondly put a valve in place rather than the easy, but costly option of replacing the pump. I have found this consistently with their service having had Maurice provide great service for other issues. Thanks again

Don’t touch them with a ten foot pole. Organised service, they never arrived. Called and was told there was an ‘outstanding invoice’ which had been made out to a different person and I was not informed about when I booked the service. Was told to ‘deal with that yourself we’re not coming’. Incredible rude, unreliable service. They couldn’t even tell me what email address they sent this ‘invoice’ to! Insanity

The Team @ The Diamond Pool & Spa Co are very helpful and friendly. A big thank you also to the maintenance team. We've been dealing with this company for 14 years and we are very happy to this day.
